I started using the white grape recovery oil because it was closer to me than the sweet ginger vapor rub. I discovered the recovery oil helped for my knee pain from chronic arthritis. Plus it helped with the neuropathy to my lower legs and feet. It also helps with the extreme dryness to my skin from lymphodema. I have to order several bottles as soon as it becomes available.

I should have got 4 of each. I have really bad neuropathy. I have MS and Lupus. I also have has a minor stroke and this oil and rub make it easier for me to keep. The pain calms down for a bit and allows me to sleep or live! If I could take a bath in it. I would. I use it for my arthritis and I get relief!! Like I said buy more than one at once. No regrets. I Love this oil. I use it every day, mostly on my hand. I have joint pain around my thumb and wrist. When I apply the oil the pain goes away and I am able to use my hand more with better movement. It's not oily it doesn't have a lingering odor and is easy to rub on. I really recommend this oil to anyone looking for a good pain reliever.

Charles Warren products are a tremendous help for my Lupus flare-ups. Lupus symptoms are associated with joint pain. I use the sweet ginger two times a day! I also carry the vapor rub in my purse for everyday usage. The sweet ginger oil is now my favorite, I love how the bottle operates to open and apply .The product help keep the inflammation down that causes my flare-ups .

I had an intention headache rubbed it on my forehead for about three minutes and after that my headache was gone. My son twisted his ankle training for basketball and he rubbed it on his ankle down to his feet and about four minutes later he was doing fine enough to finish training with his trainer. I had a knee replacement Sept. 2023. Prior to that I had five surgeries on my hip, which ended with a total hip replacement. I saw the white grape oilin the 1st stage of healing. I ordered 2 bottles. All I can say is I keep 2 bottles on deck "AT TIMES!" I did eventually buy the hemp oil and ginger rub for shoulder. Both of them work wonder it.
