I ordered and signed up to the subscription service during the Black Friday sale but never received the product. Waiting 2.5 months to get my initial order is unacceptable. They did offer a 25% refund on the initial order if I was willing to wait. Unfortunately I cannot trust the company to deliver this nor any subsequent orders. I have asked for a full refund. I will leave an update as to whether I get it as other reviewers have said they haven't gotten theirs despite requesting it.

Terrible customer service, terrible delivery times, and I didn't even get my free gift. They need to work on their customer service and their shipping. I've ordered 3 times from them, and every time, there's been an issue. The only time the shipping came quicker was when they shipped the item again for a second time. If you want to test out this product, this flavor is meh... The blueberry is 100 times better.

Really hoping you offer an alternative for people who are allergic to shellfish. It is really hard to find a joint supplement with all these ingredients but with the non-shellfish form of Glucosamine. Fingers crossed for the future!
