Met Mr. Castle on a beach. He happened to have a sample with him and showed us how it worked and what it could do to improve fitness. My son, son-in-law and I each bought one. An excellent design and quite user friendly. This was a random visit since we all were on a vacation, including Castle. A lucky day! While the CastleFlexx is an expensive device, it does work and there’s really not another device like out there. Sure you could use a towel or a $20 Amazon strap but you won’t be able to hold your stretch long enough to improve your flexibility without stressing your grip or upper back. Hopefully over time they can drive prices down closer to $120 (which would feel more reasonable) but it’s a well made device that works well. The actual item itself is awesome, does exactly what is says on the box! The customer service, delivery and shipping was a gong show, I was debating ordering a second but don’t want to go through that again. The emails were confusing and misleading to the point I really thought it was a scam. I ordered a green one and in the end I received aqua but I wasn’t that bothered about the colour. It’s kind of worth the money but if you live in Canada don’t expect a quick and easy transaction.

Loved the original Castlflexx, super helpful for stretching calves et al, and getting some unexpected strength benefits in the arms, too. This smaller one is great for seated stretching and arm stretches. Really appreciate how well-made your products are, and that you include good basic instructions. As I regain strength, I plan to check out the online courses. Nice that they’re targeted to trouble areas. Great products!!

When I saw the price I hesitated for a couple of days before I took a leap of faith and ordered. It seems like a simple design and it is hard to imagine how much more effective this is in comparison to the elastic bands recommended by physical therapists/trainers. This item is expensive, but if you suffer from mobility issues or back pain it’s worth every penny. Areas of my body that have always been extremely tight are loosening and letting go. Does exactly what the other bands don’t — pulls back your toes and gets a full stretch you can actually feel and allow yourself to settle into. Extremely heavy duty and sturdy design too. After trying multiple other alternatives I finally caved and bought this version. More expensive, but I have found it to be well worth the price.

I had been looking for a strap similar to one I used with a Physical Therapist, but those all seemed to put unnecessary stress on my hands, arms and shoulders. This design alleviates that stress.
