A follow up to my previous review. If your measurements are right on the line between 2 sizes, I would recommend going with the larger option. I tried a large size and it was just a little to small, if I was talking allot it would ride up onto my chin and I needed to keep adjusting it. With the extra material used on the xl size I can yammer on for an hour and there was no shifting. So the xl is definitely what I will be sticking with.
