As a native of Taiwan who grew up dining at the original Din Tai Fung, I give the taste of these dumplings 4 stars! The flavor, texture and juiciness are all there. The skin is on the slightly thicker side but it has a nice chew to it. This is definitely a BIG upgrade from the soup dumplings sold at Trader Joe's (2 stars). Wish I had found this earlier in the pandemic. Would highly recommend a little more dry ice in the pack. When I got it there was just a tiny bit left. My first order took the full 3 days to get and by then the dumplings were not frozen and started to stick together. They made it right and sent me a second batch free and this time came in 2 days and they were still frozen and awesome to eat. Thanks so much!

These were some of the best soup dumplings we've tasted outside of China - the flavor and size are very authentic and super yummy. A bag of 50 dumplings feeds two people for multiple meals, so the portion in each bag is very generous.

I purchased these sauces to go with my dumplings and they are also the star of the show! The chili crunch type sauce is the most unique and flavorful one that I’ve ever had. I highly recommend using these for your soup dumplings, but really I’ve been putting the chili crunch and green onion/ginger sauce and any and every thing!

They are so good! Piping hot and juicy umami bomb🥰 I also ordered the 3 sauces to compliment the Xiaolongbao. I got to try both Pork and Pork&Shrimp flavor. Both were wonderful but I loved the Pork&Shrimp flavor even more. I love how the shipping charge get discounted if you order 2 bags. Definitely worth it☺ I'll be ordering more in the future!

Ordered on a Monday, dumplings delivered (Seattle area) on a Friday. They got here just in time for dinner, packaged to stay frozen for hours even if I weren't home to receive them. Instructions were easy to follow and the dumplings came out perfect. Next time I'll order two bags! I'm considering mailing some to friends around the country, too. Such a rad gift!

The dumplings were still frozen when it arrived! Steamed for 8.5 minutes using the liners they gave us (make sure you have a healthy boil going), and it came out amazing. We bought 2 bags and ate almost a bag and a half in one sitting. I can’t wait to share these XLB with family and friends!

From trips home to asia we've fallen in love with soup dumplings, but living in the Dakotas, finding them local is impossible. With a lot of skepticism we choose to order them in. While not "quite as good" as eating them fresh in Taiwan, they are very much a close second. Loved them, will order more... Order with the three pack of sauce... Would of liked a little more kick in the pepper oil, but over all a great home experience...

Delicious! I don't have a steamer basket and instead used an oven safe plate with the free liners that were provided. I put the plate on top of a metal stand and into a wok with water and a lid. This was able to steam everything perfectly. You are able to get almost a spoonful of soup from these dumplings which is fantastic for frozen.

These are the best frozen dumplings I’ve had! Meat texture and flavor is great and wrapper is thin for being a frozen item! I do wish there was a little more soup and preferred the pork over the pork shrimp combo.

I didn’t think I’d love them as much as I do, but these vegan noodles are my official go-to! Sometimes I add some extra veggies, sometimes I don’t but every time it’s DELICIOUS. Honestly shocked they lived up to the hype. Fingers crossed they figure out how to make Vegan soup dumplings!!!

I bought this package for my sister for Christmas. She spent some time in Shanghai and loves dumplings. It was a big hit! She made them that Christmas morning in the steamer and they were delicious! We tried the pork soup dumplings with the chili crisp. I didn’t think it was spicy at all but very good. The bowl and chopsticks is probably better suited for noodles, the plastic chopsticks made it hard to grab the dumplings.
