These really do turn off sugar receptors! I tried honey, maple syrup, sugar, eggnog (no alcohol), and a Digestive biscuit (chocolate coated cookie). They ranged from seriously disgusting to meh. They had no effect on savory snacks like Goldfish crackers or popcorn. So, if you have a SWEETS problem, these are for you. If you have a snacking or seconds at supper problem, they're probably not going to work.
