Very nice product. Uplifting and relaxing in nature, can be taken with hot milk, or as directed in the package. Effects onset mostly at 5hours plus and stays for another 5-6 hours. Only advice I would give is to be careful with the dosage. Start with a drop a day and gradually adjust (increase/ decrease) dosage as per requirement by user. Thank you.
