The students I teach earn WoW! Awards for excellent work and/or effort. For each award earned during the term, I add 1$ to an account. At the end of each term, I round it up to the nearest 20$ and use it to fund the incredible work of 8Billion Trees. The kids are really motivated by this challenge and I am getting the best work I have ever had from my students.
