Gave up the bad habit several months ago and switched to Fum, the good habit, and haven't looked back. It was rough for the first couple weeks but Fum made it easier to deal with the fidget factor and oral fixation. Not only that, the range of flavors is astounding and the new cinnamon flavor is like Christmas in July! Sitting here puffing on it as I write. Thanks, Fum, for helping me walk away from a nasty habit and into one of the nicest and healthiest ones available.

I, like most people (I imagine ) was skeptical. However, I have cut down. Maybe not a ton, but enough to be noticeable. I really do like the look and feel of it and the different tastes ( I got the retro pack ).After only just shy of a month, I estimate at least 1 pack less this week of the BAD habit, and I'll continue using a better habit until 2 packs a week less is a reality. It may take a while, to completely quit, but I am pretty amazed at how quickly I reduced. Its a solid 5 stars from me...

I’ve enjoyed using this so much! My favorite flavors are the orange vanilla and the raspberry lemon. There was an issue with my package missing one of the packs of cores but the support team was amazing in helping to fix it. They were professional and courteous and took the time to respond to me like a person rather than a number. The team is top tier in my books. I cannot stress how grateful I am for this product and the people behind it as it helps me quit.

I love my Fum. I've been using it every day.. and though I haven't completely stopped smoking yet, it has helped me to go from 8-10 cigarettes a day to 3-5. I can't seem to vape anymore as it makes me cough. The Fum gives me that hand to mouth experience and I like fiddling with it and chewing on the soft topper. Eventually I will hope to stop smoking completely.

Love the product, it's well built and feels great in your hand. My only complaint is the flavors, or lack there of. Wish there were more flavor options available with stronger/better flavors. They're very basic and they lack the intensity needed.

This device is fantastic! It definitely scratches that itch for as a fidget, I find the cores a little strong on the first day, so I leave them longer than intended just to get that sent. Love it though! Really helping with my oral fixation and nail biting! The fidget that is meant to be put in your mouth!

I probably don't use the FUM like most people, I have a very high stress job in health and I use FUM to remind myself to take a second and breathe. It is really helping me get through busy times. Since I have been using FUM I have found I have more mental energy at the end of the day, I'm sure its because I have had a bunch of mini breaks throughout the day. A breath or two just brings all of those heighten emotions down. I love it. Thanks FUM

I like the citrus. It’s a nice change of taste when taking a drag. Pomegranate is the best one. One thing I’d like, is a make your own variety pack, picking the 3 flavours you want. (Have to be all different flavours, for stock reasons) but could only cost a few dollars more than traditional variety pack. Just my 2 cents.

I like the product and it does help kick the habit. The cores don't really last as long as advertised, in my opinion they are good for 2 days max. The different tastes are nice, but some have a pretty chemical taste. For kicking the habit i give it a 9/10.

Really like the barrel! It’s heavier than I expected, but also looser than I expected. The only suggestion I have is for the flow ventilator to have a catch so you reach full open and full close instead of a constant spin about.

I really like it I wish cores lasted a bit longer and had some better flavors like mint chocolate or coffee and thst there were some other devices to choose from personally I'd like one a bit smaller that's got a bamboo tip or one I could wear on necklace

It's been great, I usually always have it in my hand so the fidgeting twisting barrel is a lifesaver for me. I just finished the 30day tracker card and I've never felt better. My favorite flavor cores are the Maple Pepper and Crisp Mint. The citrus cores are okay.

Crisp mint has really helped with my trying to put down the vape. The mint kind of gives you that “hit” sensation you from vape juice (pg) I'm doing 9 hrs without the vape or Nic patch.
