I’d give it 5 stars, but my wife decided she didn’t want it, so cost got me. BUT I think Füm is amazing, almost through week 4 for quitting a habit. I’m glad I’m where I’m at now! I probably couldn’t have done it without it.

So far I've not smoked in my new car, so there's that. I like the FUM so far. Especially Mint and Maple Pepper however there does seem to be some inconsistency in the saturation of the herbal cores. I tried a White Cranberry core first and we'll, not a fan. I switched it over to a Mint core. I'm somewhat skeptical about remedies of this nature, so I initially intended to purchase just the device and a couple of extra packs. However, THIS ISN'T POSSIBLE. Exercise caution when navigating the website and be fully aware of your selections.
The device isn't sold separately; you're required to buy the entire package, which comes with the tip. If you misplace the tip, the only way to replace it is by purchasing another complete package.

The mint was ok but I tried the gingerbread and it almost made me throw up. (Not exaggerating) So I tried the orange flavor and it just tasted bad, so I forgot about this device and haven't picked it up again as I haven't had much luck with the flavors so far.

The flavor doesn't last but a few hours at best, except the mint. I feel like I'm just sucking air and no flavor. I'm frustrated but, sticking with it. I'm happy I'm headed in the right direction but, just bought my 2nd order. This will be my last. Not very flavorful. I love the concept though. I'll go cold turkey from here.

I brought this product in 2023 and as of now, 2 years later I’m still free smoke!
The fum helped me to still have the fidget and the hand movement as if I was Smoking. It also helped curb some serious cravings, I used The black pepper I think but it was a while ago. But the strong flavor allowed me to imagine I was Smoking a black and mount.
I’m grateful for the product but I mostly Thank God for helping me kick this horrible habit.

I love this product. It has been the only thing that has successfully helped me kick the habit. I recently moved and lost my original in the process and unfortunately picked up the habit again. But I have just ordered another journey pack for myself and my husband this time. The price hurts a little up front, but it just about pays for itself after a few months, and you can’t put a price on better health.

Honestly, this product seems designed to make you *more* anxious. The scents and flavors of the refills are horrible—they’re so bad they actually make you feel nauseous. The only decent one is the green one, and even that didn't last four days (and there were three included in the pack). In short, it’s a very expensive product that is difficult to keep in your mouth; the smell and taste are atrocious. I deeply regret having paid $97 for this kit.

It is a great product and a great idea. I love that it has a bit of a throat burn. As a long term smoker, I always wish these companies had a more “cigarette” flavoured insert. I might be the small majority on that one but I do really think it would help me quit.

It's more satisfying to fidget with than it is to inhale from. I enjoy the clicks and the weight, but I just wish it had more of a noticable flavor and had instruction on how to safely recharge the tubes with oils to save money.

I really like the weight of the device and the way it feels in your hand. The customer service is amazing and friendly and helped me out with a few questions I had to make sure I was happy. The citrus flavors are pretty light, so I prefer the mint coils, as they seem to have the strongest flavor.

Fum has helped me guit vaping. I have been using for a year and it is with me everywhere I go. I just wish all the flavors lasted as long as the peppermint. Unfortunately Peppermint is the only one that last a couple days. The others aren't worth what I would spend for them. They do not last a day flavor wise. I have recommended to people I know as it has helped me.
