I love the product, my favourite flavour is definitely mint. White cranberry gave me a head and in my opinion smelled like a candle. I have noticed that it looks like the cores are half empty and I don’t seem to be getting the flavour for the 3 days

Nice effective concept. But now let's discuss the device it is way over priced I would be much happier with it if the cost was more like $35ish the quality is not near what I was expecting. For the cost I was expecting more & better machining the mouth piece is nice as it the material to skin but that it the shape is awkward and uncomfortable. The lines don't look good to big of gap and the barrel fitment is nasty should be more flush at that the barrel isn't even drilled center. For the cost I ...

I purchased every single flavour you have, and the majority of them taste like cleaning products, not to mention the smell of them. absolutely vile. I have tried every single flavour over the past week since it arrived and the only one I find even remotely palatable is the crisp mint. I think the concept is great and the craftmanship of the device is beautiful, but sweet baby Jesus, the flavour and stench of the cores is repulsive. I do not recommend.

My order was only partially filled and I wasn’t sent the main device so everything is useless without it. I’ve emailed several times and can’t get a real response about sending me what was missing or giving me a refund! Customer service is non existent!

This is really expensive for what it is. The price you are paying probably goes to cover the labor to manufacture. It does not provide that “deep pull” that most are looking for. You will be left wanting—in more ways than one. It is not satisfying, it does not help, nor is it justifiable to pay this much for a small piece of wood and metal.

The metal is a bit heavy and clunky so it’s unbalanced and it drops easy. The wood is nice. The tastes are ok. Maybe it’s just the flow I have to use to get a decent taste. What sets it apart from some of the competitors that are out there now? I’m not sure.
