Great idea and has definitely helped me quit vaping! The flavors could be MUCH better. The only flavor that tastes even remotely like it’s supposed to is the orange vanilla. Everything else seems to taste like mint or wood.

First of all it doesn’t says that it’s not actual device that you can use , so I have to buy it separately, and it doesn’t taste good, the sticks smells like a horrible chemicals , and it doesn’t feels like your smoking so I doesn’t help to fight the bad habit

Beyond disappointed and haven’t got to try the product yet. I ordered my fum 13 days ago and nothing but issues. I emailed two separate times looking for updates and both times I was told they were gonna escalate to higher ups and keep me posted. I haven’t heard shit and I have no idea what’s going on. I can order shit off Temu in china and it shows up faster then US to CANADA. They really need to work on communication. I have no excitement to try this product anymore.

Unfortunately, the feel of the air doesn't have that nicotine sharp bite in the back of my throat even using the menthol. When I breath out, nothing comes out... I didn't realize how important that was to my addiction I don't get any satisfaction or any satiation from using it and it's not cheap. I'm sadly disappointed, I wish it helped me.

The crisp mint used to be not only my favorite flavor but it was the strongest as well. I just received 4 new packages of Crisp Mint cores. They taste different and are no where near as strong as they used to be. Fum changed them and in my humble opinion they suck! There is no flavor w/ this device! Ive tried peach, mint and raspberry flavors so far and all i taste of the fum device and the flavor cores dont have a nice scent. Im sorry i spent all this money for this. Its a rip off.

I tried a friends a few months ago. She had the wooden one and I absolutely loved it. I wasn't able to order that online. I don't use the newest version as much as I'd like. The metal just doesn't do it for me. Is there any way to get the wooden version, please!!!?? 🙏🏼

It's a straw. It's a metal straw in a round wood tube with a tea bag full of herbs in it. A straight up rip off for 100$, serving better as a fidget toy than a tool for quitting anything.

This product is horrid and falsely advertised. I am extremely disappointed with it. While the actual device is well put together and looks great, the "flavor" is nonexistent. It is barely noticeable, and tastes more like soap than anything else. Thought that the problem was with a particular flavor, but since I got them all I tried each to confirm... couldn't even tell the difference with them apart from when opening the package. The fact that they only last '3 days' is irrelevant at that...

I love this idea its the best but the flavors I had gotten wasn't the best to started with., Rasp berry lemon tasted like Nyquil, orange vanilla has been the one that's keeping me interested its good cant really taste vanilla though but still good , SPARKLING GRAPE FRUIT TAST LIKE CAT PISS,! And be for you ask how do I know it just get the point of smell and and taste link with the two... but crisp mint tast like menthol mint gum...
