Took a bit to get used to after 8 years vaping. Mint is the go to flavor as it provides the smoking / vaping throat hit. The motion of holding and inhaling like a vape and a bit of will power, I'm 3 months clean from vaping and off the smokes for over 8 years.

This has helped with not vaping. Unfortunately there are realities of side effects with your product. Mine is a slight rash with itching, since I began using this. I am sure as with any product of this type there will always be side effects. The important part though is, it helps in positive ways that outway the side effects, in most instances, I'm sure.

I like the FUM, but the flavors are very limited and too sweet. I would like a clove flavor, a coffee flavor, and a licorice flavor.

Nice subtle peach flavor, even opened up it's not a strong or overwhelming of a flavor, I do wish it was a bit denser peach flavor, but I am not unhappy with it.

FUM has helped me with what I thought was impossible! I've quit nicotine! This is amazing! I am 80 years old and smoked most of my adult (actually teen years too) life. When I quit cigarettes (3 times!), I turned to vaping. Did that for several years. I started having palpitations. Went to a cardiologist, who advised if I cut back on the vaping, that might help with the palpitations. With Fum, I was able to quit altogether, & the palpitations are gone! Thanks for my new habit!

I have tried a bunch of different flavors and the mint I have to say is the only one that I can tolerate.
I started smoking at age 16 and switched to vape at the age of 57. I had a medical situation that made me switch to your product several months ago. I am 64 now and with the help of a bit of nicotine gum and ur mint flavor I have not been vaping since Oct 2024. I will not go back to vaping.
My lungs are feeling way better now.

Just got my fum today. The flavor sticks are bone dry and all smell the same. I am almost positive this is old stock because they all taste very powerful and almost like alcohol. The device itself is amazing and I will use it empty if this is what the flavor sticks are supposed to be like.

Honest review, I purchased this product to quit nicotine vapes. For me it worked very well. I’m now nearly a month sober from nicotine, however I found for my fiancé it’s been a bit harder. They flavors were good, with mint being the best over all for throat hit and taste strength, I found the other packs I got that were not mint barely had any flavor. 2 months ago, my doctor recommended that I "cut back" on Nicotine, as I was having palpitations. I quit smoking cigarettes years ago but switched to vapes & was still addicted to nicotine.
I saw the ads for FUM on YouTube & decided to try it.
Within a week, I stopped vaping nicotine & have not gone back. I no longer have palpitations!
I'm still experimenting with the flavors. So far, I like the Cool Mint best.

I bought Füm for a friend and sadly the oils that make up the cores seem to cause his asthma to act up, however he still seems to be finding some success by using it coreless, it's still better than a cigarette or vape.
Don't know if any of this asthma was disclaimed anywhere or not, but would be cool if you guys could find an alternative for the cores, although I'm aware that it's not an easy ask.
Still, great product, and the fidget value alone almost makes up for the asthma part.

The pipe is high quality. I bought the sampler pack. I’m yet to try a flavor that doesn’t taste like sucking on bleach. Every one of the packets smell like cleaning supplies. How hard would it have been to make them taste good? Great concept, poor execution. I feel like I wasted my money. A+ for the hardware and Failure on the flavors.

Having purchased all of the different flavour options, the only one that was even remotely tolerable what’s the crisp mint.
Everything else made it feel like I was sucking on a car air freshener.
I had such high hopes, but unfortunately it turned out to be an expensive false economy.

The Fum works. I would describe the experience as like drinking tea, but without any liquid entering your mouth, or like the taste that gum leaves in your mouth if you spit it out.
The reason why I rate it 3 stars is simply because it doesn't taste very nice. I got the original cores and I had high hopes for the mint flavor but it tasted quite bitter, and had the aftertaste of low quality mint ice-cream (not a good thing). I'm aware that there isn't any sweetener and it's all natural, but still...

I do love the Fum, and it had a HUGE impact on helping me quit smoking. That being said, it is not perfect…
First of all. the price of the Fum itself is clearly higher than it should be. I would say a fair retail price for a chapstick sized tube of wood and metal is $50 MAX.

I was so excited to come across this product. When it arrived I loved the packaging, the look and feel. However it was short lived! The core is extremely difficult to insert and falls out easily. The 2 mint flavors are the ones I like. For me they give a “ throat hit” experience which has been key to help break the vape habit. Not a fan of the other core flavors and have tried most of them.
About a month in to trying FUM and my vape habit is 90% over. As I write this I checked and my vape pod is almost empty with no refill in the house. Planning on not buying one!
