I bought the journey pack and I was really excited about it and it came in all the flavors looked like they were going to be wonderful so I popped one in and it tasted like someone poured a drop of essential oil on my tongue, and it left a very itchy feeling in my mouth. I emailed and asked what the process would be like for a return or a refund and was offered a 60% refund if none of it was unopened or 100% refund if I tracked my usage. Although the review is low this is a good product and will 100% help some people. For me I just couldn't enjoy the taste of the flavours which really turned me off of using the product. It defiantly helps with fidgeting and if you like the flavours they make it will help. In the end it was a waste of money as the products not cheap and I only used it for a month before giving up with the taste. The fidget is nice and all, and I know this is basically just flavored air, but the taste is very disappointing. I have tried 3 flavors so far. Despite Crisp Mint being the top seller, or so I've heard, I could barely tell it apart from the Spearmint flavor, and neither exactly "taste" good.

This is a great idea but it’s been poorly executed item is too big bulky and heavy and the flavors are weak . Not to mention the whole thing is overpriced witch leaves me irritated for spending so much on so little and am reminded of this with every email and add I see so I make it a point to answer honestly every time your fuc product comes up

I wouldn’t know if the product is any good, I’m still waiting to receive it - first order got delivered back to the distribution centre and the replacement is still pending dispatch, 3 follow up emails and I’ve still not been informed as to its whereabouts! Even if the product is amazing, the service suboptimal! Let’s hope I get the Fum and it was worth the bad customer experience!!

While the stick was fun to play with, that was the only redeeming thing about this product. Every flavor had this weird aftertaste to it that just completely turned me off, so I threw them all out the first day. I feel ripped off having paid $90 dollars for this. Thanks.

Only flavors that I enjoy are the orange one and mint one. The others all taste some what the same and not good, especially the maple pepper its awful. But the mint and the orange is great.

Flavors don't taste good and the way the filters are or cartridges or whatever they're called are smooth with a smooth hole so the flavor isn't that strong but what they need to do is make it more like a mesh like a air conditioning filter so when the air runs through it it's hitting a lot more of the filter and the flavor should be stronger

Absolutely AWEFUL! Every single flavor tastes like menthol to the point it’s completely overwhelming! I can’t taste mint or citrus or berry. It’s like inhaling mentholatum ointment! Why don’t you disclose or describe the menthol flavor anywhere? I’ve wasted all this money for nothing!!!

The Fum is an incredibly overpriced fidget spinner. The flavors lack punch and longevity, you are better off chewing gum while taking deep breaths. The craftsmanship is good and the product is esthetically appealing. Apart from the look the "device" is not worth your time and money.

Feels like a huge waste of money, I would have returned it if I thought you guys would ever accept a return. I've used one scent stick thing, puffed on it for idk maybe an hour and got a gigantic headache and sore throat. I've successfully kicked the habit without your product, it honestly made things so much worse.

It's very strange, as a smoker I keep looking for smoke to come out but I guess it makes sense that it doesn't since it's only a flavor thing inside of a piece of wood with a mouth piece on it.. idk if it's gonna help to quit smoking but I'm gonna try it out, def give you the hand to mouth satisfaction..

Don’t think the tip should be Meatal. The finish on the Meatal is being worn off by teeth which shows the Polly put on the Meatal is wearing off on teeth. And it’s not worth 100 pulse rollers for straw.

I did not enjoy the FUM product. I do enjoy the idea behind the product, the fidget aspect alone was what initially attracted me to this product but the cores were not a good taste in my opinion. It was like inhaling an air freshener (I tired the citrus cores bundle). In all, $90+ is a lot for this product but worth it if your invested in quitting your habit, as the money back guarantee is on your side. Thanks for trying FUM but you're just not my cup of tea.

I’m only leaving a review because you asked for one… What a waste of money! This thing is nothing but a fancy straw. The flavors should be titled “Hint of” before the flavor name since there pretty much is no flavor. Did not help. Would not recommend!

the orange is my favorite but it is not strong enough on the flavor, I have to use the grapefruit it is ok, but the raspberry lemonade is gross. I wish you could make the orange flavor stronger.
