If you like a strong orange flavour, these are the cores for you. Depending on use, they do last well and I even found they were still providing flavour after 4 days of use.

It’s overpriced for what it being a very simple design, more variety of flavors would be nice and having a better option for trying out flavors without having to waste a bunch if you don’t like it or waste your flavor.

I was excited to hear about this product on The Adam Friedland Show Podcast. My wife has been trying to quit her harmful habit and I thought this might help. Unfortunately it didn't do anything for her. She went right back to her harmful habit. Oh well. Worth a try.

Maple pepper & white cranberry flavors where Disgusting. The Mint was decent, but i see it as a waste of money. I dont see why it was so expensive, i really dont think the product itself is worth the price.

There needs to be more resistance when drawing in. I put my little finger over the bottom and it’s better. Good product seems to be well made and feels nice in your hand. Perfect to fidget with

I've now tried 6 different flavors and none of them are good. The fruit pack is the better of the 2, but they still taste like chemicals. The new candy pack is worse. The licorice tastes like cheap, stale cigarette smoke with no licorice at all. The cinnamon has no cinnamon whatsoever and also has a hint of cheap, stale smoke. The mint isn't much better. Very disappointed considering how much these cost.

It didn’t do anything for me. It essentially feels like you’re just sucking through a tube with a room diffuser filter inside. All of the core flavours except the mint one also seemed to have a similar background flavour that I really disliked. It was packaged beautifully and seemed well-made until the wooden part fell off and got lost because of the magnet not being strong enough. It never really felt secure. The flavors are all weak. The only one worth buying was the mint. I feel like the rest were a waste of my money. If you'd like them back, I'll happily send em to you. I did quit smoking, I just wish I wasn't so disappointed with the flavors.

Orange vanilla is by far the best flavor, but is also the mildest😕..could be better. And the worst flavor is maple pepper, hit it a few times and threw away the whole pack.

It really works for managing cravings! In the future, I will stick to the Crispy Mint and Maple Pepper flavours because they are the best ones in my opinion since you get a throat feel from the menthol. To be honest, the other flavours are just too weak and a bit nasty. Overall great product, really fun to fidget with!

I absolutely love my Fum. HOWEVER, mint and eucalyptus tends to make me quite nauseous. As it stands there's only 1 flavor option without these which is strange considering citrus and mint really don't go together.

The orange/ vanilla core was my only favorite from the citrus core bundle, the sparkling grapefruit cores smells like furniture varnish & tastes horrible! The raspberry/ lemon was halfway decent. If I am to reorder, it will probably be just the orange/ vanilla.

Journey pack is not worth it, all the flavors are nasty except crisp mint. I’m stuck with 8 packs I will never use. Overall I would not recommend purchasing these products did not help much.

I liked the device itself and was great for the first 2 weeks. I was seeing great success in quitting until I tried the other flavours. I disliked both the grapefruit and lemon raspberry.
