As a menthol smoker for years I had a feeling I would like this one and I did. Very minty and sweet, but not like sticky sweet tasting. Like chewing a piece of gum almost. If the crisp mint is too crisp then try this one. Mildly sweet and nicely minty.

I love the light weight pipe I had with the wood tip but I lost it. You guys made me a good deal on another pipe which is metal and magnetic on the tip which is nice but it is to heavy! I was wondering if I could trade it in for a one like I had before?THANKS PHIL

I haven’t given the 5 ⭐️ because I haven’t tried the spearmint or orange vanilla that also came in my journey pack. So far I am about 24hrs in with using the crisp mint personally I love it. I love my Fum. I've been using it every day.. and though I haven't completely stopped smoking yet, it has helped me to go from 8-10 cigarettes a day to 3-5. I can't seem to vape anymore as it makes me cough. The Fum gives me that hand to mouth experience and I like fiddling with it and chewing on the soft topper. Eventually I will hope to stop smoking completely.

I like the product and it does help kick the habit. The cores don't really last as long as advertised, in my opinion they are good for 2 days max. The different tastes are nice, but some have a pretty chemical taste. For kicking the habit i give it a 9/10.

This is the best alternative to cigarettes I have ever tried. It's easy and smokeless, so I can use it anywhere without disturbing others. The tubes are easy to insert and are flavorful.

Maybe unlike most, I am using Fum to de-habit my NRT (lozenges). It's been quite effective so far, dropping my NRT by about half and is a nifty little device to annoy my wife with (all the clicking!! love it). Anyway, big fan of the cinnamon hearts flavour and will be happy to make this my new habit :)

Really like the barrel! It’s heavier than I expected, but also looser than I expected. The only suggestion I have is for the flow ventilator to have a catch so you reach full open and full close instead of a constant spin about.

I like the citrus. It’s a nice change of taste when taking a drag. Pomegranate is the best one. One thing I’d like, is a make your own variety pack, picking the 3 flavours you want. (Have to be all different flavours, for stock reasons) but could only cost a few dollars more than traditional variety pack. Just my 2 cents.

I really love how it feels like turning a safe dial and has the magnetic snap for my fidget tendencies. The flavors are good, they're are all fairly fresh or minty tasting hopefully in the future we can get a more creamy mellow flavor like a vanilla or birch beer. I have quit vaping since I bought the füm, with the right mindset the füm could be very helpful for many folks. I could see how it may not help everybody though.

The product works, what I lack is will power, I dislike some of the flavor options you have, the maple pepper for one is not very good, i threw it away quickly. It has significantly helped me reduce my vape time, I am working towards not using the vapes or any nicotine products , but it's a slow process. I wish you have more flavors that are like the vape flavors, that would help a lot too. or the classic cigarette flavor!!!!!! that would be amazing.

This device is fantastic! It definitely scratches that itch for as a fidget, I find the cores a little strong on the first day, so I leave them longer than intended just to get that sent. Love it though! Really helping with my oral fixation and nail biting! The fidget that is meant to be put in your mouth!

It's been great, I usually always have it in my hand so the fidgeting twisting barrel is a lifesaver for me. I just finished the 30day tracker card and I've never felt better. My favorite flavor cores are the Maple Pepper and Crisp Mint. The citrus cores are okay.

I probably don't use the FUM like most people, I have a very high stress job in health and I use FUM to remind myself to take a second and breathe. It is really helping me get through busy times. Since I have been using FUM I have found I have more mental energy at the end of the day, I'm sure its because I have had a bunch of mini breaks throughout the day. Nice little device, weighted just right for fidgety hands. I ordered the tips for the mouthpiece, I recommend it if switching from a sub ohm vaporizer. Overall, this has been a very effective tool to help kick nicotine out of my life.
