Just started added it to smoothies. Taste good but can’t taste the chocolate. It would be great to have the amino acid profile as I want to compare it with the protein. I want to mainly for general health but also to keep my muscle mass or improve my muscle strength and mass. But as this is already very feeling I can’t have both. So can you advice is this good enough for muscle as well??? Or do I need to get the protein powder for this??? And maybe have it on different days???

I love this range for women in particular the vanilla flavour. It works so well with a few combinations and my favorite is watermelon and raspberries, really delicious. I'm quite fussy with flavours and took the risk in buying toffee fudge protein powder. I really like the taste, it doesn't make you feel sick like some vegan protein powders I've tried.
