Like the fit the camera is on a leash as a precaution not as a necessity. It gets hot where I live so all adhesives can get weak

Does exactly what it should. I’m using it to mount an Insta360 ONE RS camera. It’s well made and study and fits the shape of my Schubert C4 Pro perfectly.
If anything though, I thought if it had a “wedge” profile when viewed from the side so that the mating face with a J hook is more vertical, it might not need an extra extension to get the camera angle right. Some might prefer it just the way it is. Just a thought.
