Can’t say enough about this item. It’s absolutely stunning

This did not fit our u-shaped couch with an ottoman. We had to request a return which has been a huge hassle and the customer service has been terrible! Their criteria for returns is very, very strict and will take 20%-50% of your refund due to thread being frayed or pet hair.

Nightmare. It is like trying to stretch your bottom lip over your head. Not convenient at all. Corner couch requires you to feed straps underneath. Then cheap cardboard is suppose to tuck down in the sides. When you sit down all this effort is gone. After the work of trying to install this temporary cover to prevent a potential stain from a dog jumping on the couch, I'd rather get the stain and replace the $3K couch.

I am only giving it 2 stars b/c the fit was too small , even tho I measured my chair , and went with their measurements . the material it’s very ugly looking, who wants to sit on that type of material it looks very bumpy not for a couch. Sorry not my type!
