I have three cats, and according to the product should be good against them. I understand that is probably impossible, but day one with them just jumping on and off it white strings started to come off the entire thing. Not to mention when they do scratch it most of the thread come out leaving holes. I was hoping for the very expensive price it could hold for at least a month, but it did not.

They claim this is pet friendly and that cats CANNOT get their claws into the cover. This is absolutely not true, and due to their poor return/exchange policy I am unable exchange for another one. While I can read the fine print, you should not make claims that you cannot back up or at the very least honor exchanges. This is wrong.

Unable to secure cardboard spacers securely under the cushions. They keep popping out. Otherwise, it’s a great color and soft, comfortable fabric.

I’ve tried 3 and none of them looked remotely like they do online. There is no textured look. And they did not fit the standard chair well and slid around when you sat.
