I like the new version where you only need to spray water Only problem is that the 2 smaller units can only be used on the arms. The adhesive one you can place them on the chest. Do you have a work around for that Other wise I like it Waiting to see if I get results Use it everyday for min 3 hours

the Ab stimulation is not as strong as i had thought it would be. lvl 20 and it barely contracts the muscles. also need to be very careful when removing Ab stimulator as it started to rip the flimsy plastic.

I have tried these items several times already. the arm bands work great, the abs item did NOT work the first time I tried it, no matter what mode I had it on. I took it off and tried it again and it did work for the most part. the main part for the abs was working, but the sides was not working. I took the charging device off and snapped it back in place. the sides still do not work and don't know if they are supposed to work. I will continue to use this device. The Ab Stimulator works well, but doesn't produce a very strong pulse as I had expected it to. It doesn't contract the muscles all that much.. it feels more like a massaging effect. That's just my opinion. The Arm Stimulators are perfect. They contract the muscles the way I expected them to do.
