You are going to want to ease into it. I toggled thru each exercise and ran it up to 10. Big mistake. Start on 3 until you get used to it. It’s truly painful at higher levels. Wife had enough at level 2. After a week I am on 5.

I think this is an incredible product. However if some additional directions including photos of where exactly in the thighs, arms and calf would be beneficial. Even after sending request to customer service, nothing was sent other than the info in box which consisted of verbiage only. Like can this be used on inside and outside of thigh? The product is very versatile and convenient. I like the portability where I can do work, while working on my muscles at the same time. The only negative is that I had a couple of burns below my belly button. I'm not sure if I used the wrong program (pulsing one) or I turned the intensity too high (#3).

I don't really have time to go to a gym I work 12 hours a day. So it's nice to be able to come home and get toned without the high cost of a gym membership and the effort of trying to make yourself go to the gym.

Well nothing has changed in abs, But on two of the pads there are brown spots that look like they have burnt. I will give it another two weeks to see if it will work.

The large main belly device worked well to start but became very weak ie set at 19 felt like 2 or 3. Ordered second unit and it was weak from the first use. The small double pad units work just fine. So I have 2 large units that don't work. Can I get replacement that work as designed. Since I've already purchased 2 I feel any replacement should be free.

I finally received my gel pads. I installed them on the stimulator… and will start using your device tomorrow! I will need a few weeks before being able to tell you more about my feelings. Removing old pads and installing new ones is quite something!
You should improve this process!
