This is just like a tens unit and I have had it for 4 days. The gel pads are very sticky be careful with pulling off and putting them off and both blue strips need to be removed easiest to take one blue strip off for gel place it where it needs to go and then pull the other one off. Directions could be a little more helpful in that area.. otherwise so far so good too early to tell if it actually has helped or not

Abdomen belt works OK but lat extensions provide no benefit. For cost, I found the cheaper version I bought first was a much better value and showed better results. Would not recommend. Also, with no digital display, hard to tell what setting you're on whereas my cheaper one at half the cost has a digital display and also 20 intensity levels vs 10.
