key points to mention.if you have small cals or thighs, be sure to ask for a size adjusted band. they can cover one of pads and effect the stimulation process. position of the band and where the pads land is key to isolation of the muscle group you want to work. dont forget to spare or wet the area for comfort. I had a few issues with mine and Customer Service was on it quickly for a solution.

This is a great piece of kit, I’ve only used it for just over a week but I can already feel that it’s making a difference. A bit disappointed with the instructions (or total lack of instructions) but otherwise good. It’s been a bit of trial and error, going through the many phases and then testing the levels within to find a comfortable but challenging setting. It’s early days so far, I will give it another month or so and then review again, so far it’s a thumbs up though 👍

I have tried to use the muscle stimulators with jell pads but they never get good contact with my skin I have a lot of body hair. But since with this one you wet the pads I can really feel the contractions!! I have only had I a few days and I can already feel stronger!!!
