Very happy , High quality product, clear high resolution image , it was to create a memory of special family member. Thank you it could not be better.

I was very happy with it. The only problem I had was, I entered my street number as One Instead of 1. It took a few phone calls and emails to get that right before it was sent out. Missed the birthday unfortunately.

The product itself was great quality and I liked the mounting stud. My artwork looks good in it. But one thing I was hoping was that the acrylic would really compress my watercolour painting completely flat. It didn’t quite do that and I can still see the warping between the sheets of acrylic. Perhaps I’ll put a heavy weight over the two sheets overnight in an attempt to make it more flat. That’s the only thing I would have wanted to change somehow. Thanks
