I am a metal artist and find these abrasive wheels are perfect for my artwork. The coarse wheels I use to rough shape my stock while the 80 grit put a nice finish that cleans up my welds. Occasionally I use the 120 grit wheels when I require a finer finish. I have used other brand wheels that don’t seem to perform as well both in ability to remove unwanted material or last as long. I have purchased a few different grits now and they have all performed great. There is very little clogging or burning and it leaves a smooth surface. Of course shopping is easy and shipping is prompt. I have and will always recommend maverick abbrasive products.

I’ve been using the standard green belts for 30+ years, have always been happy. UNTIL I bought the RED sanding belts! Wow! Makes quick work of heavy steel sanding and lasts far longer than the standard belts. And Made in USA! All good.

I am more than quite happy with the Maverick 1" x 30" belts, as they make working with knives much easier. The low grit belts are simply awesome at chewing up and spitting out excess wood used as scales for knives. The belts also provided a uniform pattern on unfinished, yet heat-treated, chef's knife blanks that might be over 100 years old. My only regret is not having acted quickly enough to get the 15% discount for a first time purchase. Five stars all day!

Some of the best sandpaper I’ve came across. Keep it clean and it lasts longer than anything else I’ve used. 220 right out of the drum sander leaves very little to no hand sanding

I usually shop with Kingspor but with mavericks ads on all my feeds I said what the hell, why not. I'm not disappointed. Now, will I exclusively stay with maverick , probably not, only because I like Kingspor and they're prices, which were comparable to mavericks. Thank you maverick for offering good products to the market and I will definitely buy more.

I put the new 80 grit on my drum sander today. Easy to cut and install. It seems to run cooler and smoother than the the Jet brand sand paper.

I just received my first belts for a new edge sander. The belt that came with the sander was from another abrasive manufacturer and it feels like the cloth belt is about 1/2 the weight of the belt used for the Maverick belts. I haven't had them long enough to know how the abrasive wears.

These flap discs are badass! They last twice as long as your standard disc, and the ceramic flaps just keep on cutting. We use the 60 grit to blend furniture bases and will keep coming back!

The products you recommend for aluminum. Are 100 % spot on. If you had seen the pot before. And then after. Amazing results. Polishing total time I bet 30 minutes or less. The product I was using before. More in the rang of 2 hours and the results not as good.

This photo is of a 25” 2 HP wide belt sander I built. The drum sanding material and the conveyor belt are from Maverick. The conveyor runs very true and that I believe is due to the quality of manufacture of the belt.

I recently got a new 19” drum sander and, on the advice of another woodworker friend, I bought a roll of 80, 120, 150 and 180 grit 3” wide from Maverick. My first impression is incredible. The difference between the factory roll and Maverick is wider than the Grand Canyon! These Maverick rolls on my drum sander don’t gum up nearly as quickly, which means less time running the rubber over the drum. When I originally got this sander it came with a Grizzly belt. As I used it, the seam in the belt kept thumping and made it difficult to get a good smooth finish. I ordered these belts from Maverick Abrasives and my order was processed quickly and arrived soon. These belts run smoothly and can be run in either direction. So far they are proving to be great belts and well worth the money.

It works great. My first run with the new belt was an end grain cutting board. Perfect fit and good replacement for original. I WAS concerned that this belt is 120 grit and the original was 100 grit. Doesn't seem to matter. A bit bummed I had to buy 2, but price is good. Who knows? I might have messed up on the install and would have a second chance. Well, now I have a spare.

Awesome customer service and the sanding disks last at least 5 times longer than anything you can get at a big box store. I have started buying all my disposal supplies from specific suppliers online and it saves me a ton of money and headache, from screws to sand paper. Maverick is just another amazing product. I'll never buy sandpaper at a hardware store again.

Maverick Abrasives are the only brand I use in my shop. They are made extremely well, durable and the grit lasts for a long time. My only complaint is the excessive amount of holes for dust collection. I use a Festool sander, hooked up to a vacuum system. I understand streamlining production to reduce costs and applaud you for your efforts, but enough with the holes. I need more grit not holes.
