I shopped hard for this bike. The style of the Giraffe Comuter, in my opinion is far above the others. Overall we love the bike! It's almost equivalent to the evelo omega, but not completely! The VTUVIA is about half the price of the omega too! There does appear to be a clicking when pedaling, maybe the torque or the cadence. Not exactly sure. My husband uses the VTUVIA and I use the OMEGA, he says he really enjoys the size and fit on the VTUVIA. I still prefer the OMEGA but could ride the VTUVIA if necessary. This is our second pair of ebikes from this company and we love them! Our first set were destroyed in hurricane helene, so of course we had to replace them. These are upgraded from the originals and even better!. Comfortable for short and tall riders! I'm 4'11 and my husband is over 6 feet and we ride the same model.
