The art is a great idea and perfect gift! However the infrastructure around the delivery is very poor and has been disappointing, as no one felt responsible and now my delivery may get lost and never be delivered to me.

I was extremely happy with the number of times the team edited my compositional and color preferences. I was expecting a frame ready to hang as described but the frame arrived with no hardware on the back. In addition, the metal pieces used to keep the foam core in place easily slide out of place. Overall, love the custom design of the work itself. For the price, I was expecting more in terms of wood frame color, hardware, and convenience.
