Not only does putting this cream on the soles of my feet help me sleep, it also relaxes the muscles in my feet. I absolutely love the lavender peppermint body cream. I use it after a shower before I go to sleep. It feels great on my arms and I love the lavender peppermint-y smell. I decided to try the Menopause Support Magnesium sleep cream because I love the unscented version so much. I've been using it during my time of the month, since I am in perimenopause. It definitely helps me sleep. I'm not sure if it curbs other symptoms, but good sleep helps everything! The smell is predominantly clary sage, which is pleasant, though I still like the unscented version best.
