Actually my 2nd time around purchasing this product. I do believe this will be my "Go To"..tried other products, which usually leave beard breakage..and I'm trying to prevent that and promote a more healthier beard..and I love balm and oil fragrances too!!..keeps my beard conditioned and smelling fresh!!!..Will be purchasing more in the very near future!!!..and the finishing dope move is that it's BLACK OWNED!!..Love it!!!

Purchasing the "protection plan" for any of your products is the best way to insure your order is covered in the event there is an issue with your delivery... I use to think it was a scam that sellers used to get additional money from the consumer.... I am convinced it is not... it protects both parties

Had a lil mishap with my initial purchase. Never received it, however, these guys sent a replacement at no charge. Well, I had to pay shipping but that's cool. Customer service is top tier!!! My husband has always had issues with patchy spots and dryness in his beard. I purchased a jar of the tropical beard conditioner a couple of months ago and it has worked wonders. I ran into this product in December while visiting the Pentagon City Mall. The guy let me smell it and I loved it was a cream so I could travel home with it. Once back at my hotel, I used it and FELL IN LOVE! The scent, texture and long lasting impact has blown my mind!
