Have bad trigger in left hand. Went to sleep and forgot to put on the gloves. Woke up 1:00 am in extreme pain in the left hand finger curled up couldn't straighten it except by using my right hand to straighten it. Got up put on the gloves within 10 minutes pain gone. As I wrote before, this is my second set of knee sleeves. I used to walk 2 and 1/2 miles every morning. Then my knee pain got to the point I could barely make it 1 mile for weeks and weeks. Since getting my onecompress knee sleeves I am back to walking 2 and 1/2 miles every morning with very little pain. My surgeon says I need both knees replaced but I have been able to put that off because of Onecompress !

The use helps me to walk without too much pain from severely arthritic knees. I need to use a walker as well since my balance is not good these days. The sleeve also helps me to keep my knees from collapsing. One did not too long ago and I did fall. Nothing broken luckily.

I have bone on bone and yet, because I’m otherwise fit and active, the surgeon declined to replace it. I tried this knee support as a last resort. Very sceptical but with a money back guarantee, what did I have to lose? Knee is still bone on bone but with the added comfortable support, there is less lateral movement.
