I've paired the DOF3 with my Samsung S23FE, the Beastrig Pro, and a new Rokinon 35mm f1.2 cinema lens. I'm really impressed with the quality this provides. So far, it's been challenging to use with my camera gimbal with the weight so far forward, but on a tripod the effect is quite stunning.

I am not a professional in this, but I have been investing in beastgrip for the past couple years now for a new hobby. I think I need to learn more first to use this lens, but so far I have been enjoying it while using on outdoors. Ich mache es kurz und schreibe in Deutsch. Der Käfig passt perfekt und macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Das iPhone ist leicht zu installieren und sicher verpackt. Alle Filter/Linsen sind durch den Schnellverschluss gut anzubringen. Einzig an den Gimbal sollte man denken, denn auf einem Crane M3S ist ohne Gegengewichte kein Balancen möglich. So I have the cage for iphone 12 and the 0,75 wide angle pro. Bought a polaroid variable ND filter with it. Now the cage seems awesome and feels awesome and so is the lens. The cage is heave so you will loose in that way the idea of that it’s an iphone, it’s not that you will use it for daily life and think I might go filming. You will only use this cage for the moment that you will go filming and when you will not use your iphone for other purposes. The lens, i have not really, really tested...

Nobody comes close to matching Beastgrip’s build quality and attention to detail. This cage is built like a tank and has performed beautifully while accompanying me on a number of marketing shoots. Sturdy snug fit. Good weight helps better stability. The forthcoming adapter Mk3 will make this an awesome piece of kit/ the de facto industry standard. A go to piece of rigging in any situation. The beastgrip is great. However telephoto len is not as good as expected. My samnsung galaxy (latest) and nbeastgrip len lost focus while taking video o photo, and only works with one photo style no panorama at all. Also it switch between lens no touching phone because of the len.

I love the fact that this DOF adapter is made for Canon camera mount lenses with the ability to accept various mounts to accommodate other brand SLR lenses. I have the Canon EOS Rebel. I expected good construction and performance from BeastGrip, but my expectations were well-exceeded with this tripod. Yes, it does have solid construction, but the pan head is as smooth as you'd expect a fluid head to be. I love its flexibility (monopod, hi-hat, underslung) and it's a perfect complement to the Beastgrip line!
