Customer service was brilliant. I had ordered something that was out of stock. Instead of not sending anything as I had ordered both a lead and collar in the same colour, they got in touch to see if I wanted to cancel, get something else or to be notified when it came in. Which as it was matching was a really good thing to do. Opted to just get the collar, and glad I did as my boy looks even more handsome it. Love the handle on it too.

It’s a lovely and thick lead which allows me to feel comfortable with allowing Reggie (my dog) to have more free roam without having to worry it’ll snap. It’s easily cleaned and has helped with training my dog with leash reactivity. Overall it’s a great lead that allows my dog to feel more independent while still being able to easily hold him if the situation needs for it.

I have had trouble finding a coat to fit Dexter my frenchie and those that do fit ...he's been able to roll and get out of due to them being velcro fastenings. With the Bully Billows zip up fleece he is as snug as a bug in a rug and hasn't even attempted to remove it, so must be as happy with it as I am . Definitely recommended. I ordered the xxs but struggled to get it off coopers head, exchanging was easy & received the next size very quickly. Was a little worried that the next size up was too big but he walks so much better on it. Looks great, can’t wait to order more. I put another collar on & a clip to attach it just incase he managed to escape the collar when I first used it, husband said that I don’t need to worry as any tension will make the collar tight so he can’t escape.

Bought the slip collar & 1.4m lead, 3 year old cockapoo pulls like a steam train & as you can see doesn’t walk in a straight line, so constantly getting tangled up. Having bought many leads for family dogs over the years, this lead is by far the best. The rubber stopper on the slip lead is of good quality and stays put throughout our walk. The lead is also very comfortable in the hand and around my puppy’s neck, he really looks forward to our walks when the lead comes out.

My dog can be reactive with some dogs so it's great to be able to shorten her lead as we pass - much easier and more certain than just wrapping it round your hand which doesn't always work. I also love the clip onto her collar - much quicker and easier to work than the usual clip which can be a pain to use quickly. Love it & planning to get one for my other dog! 😃
