It is a well constructed blind. It was pretty easy to install and configure with Apple Home kit. It opens at sunrise and closes at sunset. Customer service is probably the best I have ever worked with. We love it.

It took less than an hour for me to install this shade when it arrived. The shade dimensions were perfect. It works with Amazon Alexa or the remote control. We have a neighbor that leaves a light on most of the night and the blackout material is doing it job and I'm sleeping better. Love it.

I love it. Because my windows are tall, I had to pull drawstrings to lower or raise the blinds, which was very difficult for my old hands. Motorized cordless blinds made my life much easier. The shade is perfect. I don't like my room to be pitch black when the shade is drawn down. The morning sun rises and wakes me up. It is time to get up. Wonderful shades I chose.

These roller shades are very easy to install and fit perfectly in the three large windows we needed them for. Upon arrival they were packaged very well and protected. I was able to install these by myself. They are quiet and the design of the roller casing blends in. The hardware on roller shades can look too commercial but these blend nicely with the window frame. 70% blackout is perfect for allowing day light in to brighten the room while still maintaining visual privacy.

We absolutely love having the window shade integrated with our home automation. It was easy to install and looks great. If it’s your first shade I recommend ordering a remote just in case you accidentally factory reset the limits trying to pair it with Alexa. We didn’t but technical support was able to figure out what had happened and ordering a remote was an easy fix that only delayed our setup by a couple of days.

Very neat, well done. Good looking and 100% serves the purpose. Easy to operate. The motor has some simple programming for some very convenient features like incremental or continuous up or down, favorite intermediate position and more. The motor is very quiet.
Sipping was superfast. Customer service is impeccable and even offered me ab extended warranty up to 5 years for no charge. So far I am very happy with the product. In my view price/quality criteria is very good.

The shades are very nice and good quality, my contractors hung them but i was told the process was very easy, the dual shades are perfect for what i was looking for the only issue i had was trying to access the shade closest to the window to pair and connect to the solar charger hopefully you guys can make that process easier in the future but all in all i love the shades and will be purchasing more soon!!!

My SmartWings shades are fantastic. I am very impressed with them. Installation was simple and easy. Setting up the Alexa controls was a little tricky for me. But, I discovered if you read though the entire step by step instructions before attempting to program the shades, it's a piece of cake. Step by Step. I wish there was some kind of instructions for mounting, but it was easy enough. I wish the remote pairing was a bit easier - somehow I paired two blinds together on two different remotes. The homekit option is amazing, but took a while to get it to register - might need to check the blinds have been charging for a while.

This is our 6th shade that we installed. After the first shade order that took about 3 hours to install due to our own screw-up of factory resetting the device, all of the others took 15 minutes tops to install and program. Very easy and works nicely with Echo / Alexa devices. We upgraded to a new Echo (not an Echo Dot) which has ZigBee and makes finding new devices so easy. Now we can control each shade individually or as a group as shown in the video.
