I’m a smaller frame guy so this stands works perfect for me. I love the machining and the weight of the over stand. It’s super compact when you are carrying it. Best feature is this thing bites into any kind of trees. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Love the adjustable angle of the platform. Was able to sit all day and harvest my first deer with a bow and out of a saddle with it! Great quality, I weigh 275lbs and never questioned if it would hold me or not.

I pair these 17" aiders with my 14" steps. Although I have a numbers of braided aiders these are by far the most stable and I have much more confidence in them. The steps nest perfectly even with the aiders installed. As I mentioned in another review they are doe-certified to hold minimum odor one hour after climbing them. Hard to say if a regular braided aider can do that. I may owe this year's deer to that property of the cable aider. Great product which has enhanced my hunting.

Love the size and weight of the 1.0. I mostly saddle hunt but there are times I might have an all day sit and this will be great. The sticks fit perfect on the stand and the carry shelf for my backpack.

2 long sticks with aiders gets me perfect height for longbow, if I need to go higher I always got a few screw in steps in pouch, going to be a good year with .5 and sticks. I use this system with my saddle, if I sit all day I just face tree, quick hunts i just sit on seat. LWCG is the best gear on the market.

The "J" hook will hold three double step sticks with ease, but you can get it to hold four if you aren't attaching them to a stand. I prefer to carry my sticks on my pack, and just use a small foot stand for saddle hunting, the J hook allows me to make one tight compact bundle, and move without the sticks clanging together.

Used this to wrap up my season in MD. All I can say is wow. Perfect size and perfect amount of storage. I was able to fit the same gear i use in a full sized backpack all into this at half the size. Each storage location is thought out which makes organizing gear within it easy. No more pulling 8 things out to get to the 1 item needed. It also fits perfect on my .5 stand and keeps the entire package compact and sleek. Glad i went with this over the waist pack.

The crossover climber is the perfect climber. This thing has addressed all the points I didn't like about the original lone wolf climber I've been using for the last 20 plus years. It works great on my hawk helium sticks! The only issue I had was the bolts weren’t long enough to go all the way through my sticks. So I just got some longer bolts and problem solved.

This thing is light, quiet, and a pice of artwork. I feel like I could carry this thing for miles and forget it’s there.. the straps are a big improvement, it is tucked away behind me, with little or nothing to catch on brush.. The only thing I’d say to any big guys like myself… in the 250 lb range, it is gonna be tight. The thing glides up and down the tree in everyday clothes.. Just got my crossover last month. First off it showed up in three days. Awesome. Secondly it’s all assembled minus the carrying straps. Took me a minute to figure out the best way to attach them and I think I got them right. This thing is super light. Advertised at 11.5 pounds (iirc) but feels much lighter, maybe cause I’m used to toting around a 21# viper. The LWCG climbing sticks are very nicely made and sturdy. I also really like the standoff distance from the tree. The 20" step to step distance seems the perfect balance between step distance and overall stick length. I use the buckleless method which works great on the integrated cam strap attachment post.
