Overall, the kids love it as it's a fun toy. Moving them around in the black light/in the dark is always fun and keeps them engaged. The issue is it can be tricky to get them started, as often they have to ask my help to get it moving for the first time after a jam. And they will jam all the time. The Loop Lasso is a toy, don’t be mistaken. Where I’m impressed is their customer service. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my young nephew who I was about to visit for the first time … I live in Phoenix, he in Denver … and we were driving, leaving PHX on Dec 22nd. It's a fun toy for the kids. A couple of the strings are loud. Where the nylon strings are seamed or melted together isn't smooth, causes a loud clicking sound when it runs through rollers. Some of our strings are quiet but a couple is really loud. The glow light works well on the lime green strings but not as well on the blue and pink string. Maybe a glow in the dark string would be better if there is such a thing. Otherwise, it's a good fun toy to have.

Shipping was terrible. They left off my apartment number from the address. This caused it to be sent back and so it took weeks to arrive, long after Christmas had already arrived. It’s fun to use but was it was a very long and frustrating time waiting for it to arrive.

I gave to my 2 nephews (6, 8) for Christmas and they loved it. Only issue is getting the string started (a good mechanical exercise for them) and not ruining the string. One string never worked so we replaced it. One string got damaged early on as we were learning. The Loop Lasso works great, its quite entertaining. Different colors and lengths of string make it even better. I bought 4 and my kids love them. The only thing I found disappointing was that it didn't take much before a string loop was unusable anymore. We had a couple strings snag and when we untangled it there was a single string thread sticking out that would catch the wheels and prevent it from being used any longer. Great fun, but the string keeps getting caught on the bottom guide and pulling individual stands of thread out. This causes a birds nest that is hard to untangle. The cause is partly user error, but the guide has a sharp point that catches on the string if it bunches up at all. A smooth round edge may prevent this happening?

My grandson thought it was very cool. He enjoyed playing with the loop lasso. My only suggestion is that there should be directions including what positions not to do , to avoid the string getting tangled in the handle part. Connie from CT.

I bought these for my boys for Christmas and they really enjoyed playing with them. The only reason why I give this product a 4/5 stars is because they are a lot louder than I was expecting. Also, the thread gets worn pretty fast. It's January now and so they only lasted a month. It would be nicer if they added a half dozen thread instead of just one extra.

We absolutely love our loop lasso! We got three of them for Christmas and they are a huge hit. I only have one complaint. Several of the strings have broken. Now, I can't say for sure that this was not user error (They are being operated by 6,8, and 10 year old) but it is a bummer they broke within the first few uses. Just got this, very interesting, really fun. Looks crazy. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is that it clicks. Trying yo figure out why, or if it needs to be replaced. Its a distraction to the cool sounding whirring motors.
