My 1st Hat arrived with some issues. (See pic). The one on the left had the "Deer Hunter" text cut off by the seam. The name on the Bill "Jim" was too small. The color red was dark (looks lighter in pic) and the over-all shape of the hat was Square and not Round.
I contacted MaxCorners of my issues and they immediately put in a replacement order (the new one on the right of the pic) and they FIXED all 4 of my issues and re-shipped it for FREE.
