10/10 customized products, service, communication, and delivery. We used their party package for our business launch event and it was a smashing hit. The balloon, mirror decal, and floor sticker were great photo opps for guests and really tied oiur entire event together. The stickers are excellent quality and they provided more than enough for us.

It's super easy and the jumbo balloons ship flat with the vinyl and you just fill with the balloon with helium and apply the vinyl, it's super easy! Turned out beautiful! The only downfall was that my DIY kit came with 2 of the 3 large balloons in the same color and all of the medium balloons were grey… I didn’t have this problem the first time I ordered a DIY kit with Lushra so I’m guessing it was just a supply issue.

Putting this together was a lot easier then expected! I made a smaller one and then a bigger one. I didn’t do as good with the bigger one with getting the balloons close together but still came out nice! I added fake flowers to fill in any gaps and add to my baby shower decor. I found it challenging to put up but now I have a better idea of how to do it next time around. :)

The setup was so much easier than I expected. Balloons are MASSIVE, fishing wire is genius, and an electric balloon pump is a must buy. I do wish this kit came with a mounting materials or how-to hang. That was difficult! Otherwise - will 100% be ordering again.
