My experience was great! I am in LOVE with this bracelet. The worker was super sweet and it wasn’t a long process at all.
I was disappointed, however, that it fell apart after 2 days of getting it. Nothing seemed broken, it looked like she didn’t look carefully if it was completely sealed together. But, I went back and they resealed it for me properly and without charge. Great overall, would definitely get again if there was a larger chain selection.
