The customer service was spot on. They left me review this before it was sent out to make sure it was correct. I made a couple requests/changes and they met my needs. I will say that I did order up a size because I do like my items baggie. They added the breast cancer ribbons and I’ve worn this to chemo and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. It does take a while to receive it. I ordered it mid February and I didn’t get it until I think mid March.
