Wow, much better than expected! I got the 6 pack so I could try both styles of mole. Easy to make a hearty meal; I just pan sear some chicken thigh and then add the mole sauce, and serve with beans and/or rice. The flavors are wonderful, and I haven't had mole this good in the US before.
The mole poblano was spicier than the pipian, but this could just be variations between batches. IMO they both have the perfect amount of spice. Both very good, hard to pick a favorite!
