Sent a product that expired before I even ordered it, customer service stated they they probably put the wrong sticker on the bottle, but assured me that it doesn’t ever really expire, wouldn’t refund or replace without the original receipt and packaging, read the return policy carefully before ordering. Not impressed. Won’t order again.

I worked with Mark at Perfect Gardens for 3 months. Mark is friendly and skilled in diagnosing plant issues. But I’ve felt the service is very much lacking. Is this a private review? I like mark as a person. But his setup is t the best. I paid a total of 150-200. Mostly as a donation. I kept finding the answer I needed long before mark answered but he’s so easy to love that it felt good to contribute. Anyway, I think mark needs a tiered approach and pay per answer. I would have paid a decent amount to get an urgent answer, and less for an answer that can wait, and I wouldn’t have felt the need to burn more of his time to get my values worth.
