This blend is smooth, rich in flavor, and has a chocolatey undertone. (No nutty or tangy flavor - I dont like nutty or tangy coffee/expresso). When people visit I get really positive compliments on this blend. Normally I drown out the expresso flavor by making my drink extra sweet. But this is the only blend I dont do that with. The expresso flavor is really good!

This is a really good coffee bordering on great. It has all of the anaerobic flavors you would expect with floral and fruit overtones. And it's a personal taste from my perspective, so nothing against the coffee, but it seems slightly light. It is a light roast, but it seems almost like it was an extra light roast. Having said that I would still give it above 90%. The star system is tough to evaluate with, but it would be between four and five stars maybe 4.6 stars.
