I bought the Lite version since I already had a file box and plenty of hanging folders and file folders (but if you don’t, the cost of buying those yourself is about the same as the additional incremental cost of the regular Nokbox, so the convenience is worth it). I like that everything is well thought out. I’m still working through the process but having recently updated our wills, trust, POAs, etc., I find the forms ask all the right questions needed to get your stuff together.

Working on filling the sections, a few at a time. Some of it I’ve had to pull from pertinent websites, but a lot is in several file drawers at home. And some of the sections don’t apply so I can use stick on labels to rename them as needed. Overall I like it for compact location of our important documents. Might look into transferring the files into a lockable document safe instead of the soft box for a little more security.

Putting this together is way more involved than I thought it would be—I thought we were fairly organized until I started gathering information and materials for our box. The lists force you to think everything through and, once complete, will be so easy to maintain and keep current.
