The section divisions are logically arranged and make sense, very easy to work through the section and not get overwhelmed with the fact you're doing the whole box. My tips are: set a timer and see how long it takes to do one, then schedule blocks of time on the calendar to complete a section or two rather than tackling it all at once, since focus and concentration are required.
