Customer's mini Bernedoodle sitting on a tan fur seat cover in a car, wearing a pink personalized dog harness.

Catherine A.Verified

I have a mini Bernedoodle and This harness gives her much more protection than a collar. As a new puppy she tended to pull on the leash and this helps her be secure. Also the personalized name and colors makes her a fashionista! Would highly recommend and it’s easy to put on and off!

After going through about 5 harnesses from big box companies, this harness is, for lack of better words, the cats meow. Very easy on and off and for the first time my furry buddy actually does not fight me putting it on and even enjoys his walks now. Thank you for making my and my buddies life easier.

Love the harness. D ring stopped on one side not the middle. The bungee leash is too short for neighborhood walks (would be better if 5-6 ft) but I do use it for going to stores to keep him close.

I wish I would have found this harness years ago. It is so easy to put over my Bella's head and very comfortable. Even though my dog is 12 years old she is at times a puller and the harness stays intact. I definitely recommend this for large as well as for small dogs.

I bought the Bungee leash with the no pull harness, this is the Best Buy I could have made. I have bad back and elbows, The bungee leash absorbs the pulls and makes it much easier to handle her on walks. Thank you Dogshood

I am very pleased with the ring, the leash and especially the harness. This 3 piece combo makes walking Teddybear a breeze, no pulling, no choking and he stays at my side. Definately worth the price

This is a great leash. I wish it was a little bit longer, but it’s very secure and The bungee fabric adds a little bit of tension so that my dog doesn’t pull. Works great with the matching harness. Very pleased with this purchase.

Sonja’s P.Verified

Absolutely love our Dogshood harness and bungee lead! The harness is beautifully made, comfortable for Kora, and I love the personalised touch of having her name on it! The real game changer, though, is the bungee lead! Kora can be quite reactive on walks, and her sudden pulling and lunging used to put terrible strain on my arm and shoulder. The bungee lead absorbs those sudden jolts and takes away so much of the strain, making our walks far more enjoyable. Both products are excellent quality...

Zora loves wearing the harness. Even though I have to adjust at each wear, it’s okay. It’s a great fit and I love using the ring at the top or in front. Zora does not pull and for a 115lb dog that says a lot.

This harness was the best at helping our dog calm down. She has morphed from a shy timid rescue, afraid of her own shadow, cringing and trying to run home at any unexpected noise or person. She now walks perfectly on and off leash and is now a confident almost 2 year old who is much happier and sure of herself. This was the first harness she did not chew off.

Daisy took to her new harness easily. She's hardly pulling and is looking at me and healing nicely. With her Name on the harness, lots of people now talk with her and speak her name. It's very cute.

My mini doodle is such a good boy but on walks he is a major puller and this harness honestly is a miracle. He just cannot pull but it does not hurt him. It makes walks so much more enjoyable. And happy to not have his leash on his collar. We love it! Thank you and I am so glad I found you! 💯 recommend this product. It’s a walk changer for sure!

It totally works! No more pulling! Every time my male Lab tries to pull, the harness makes him turn towards me and he stops! Such a simple but completely effective solution! Now, I can enjoy walking both my Labs at the same time. Amazing!

I love this harness. It's so easy to walk my dog now. No pulling at all. It's also easy to put on and looks great. For the money, it was great value, as it's well made and it didn't take long to get to my home in Australia. I have been recommending it to everyone. Thank you. Dogshood. Shame about the name issues.

Fits great and very easy to put on!! Initially, the harness size I picked was too big and the company sent me a smaller size at no charge and told me to donate the other one. I received the new one quickly and it fit perfect!

This is my second one and if I had a third dog, I would have another one. They’ve been working very well for me and my dogs. A time can pull real hard. The dogs don’t fight me to put it on. They actually grow and grab it. it’s a great product.

I was skeptical because my puppy has wriggled out of every harness type I tried. She has yet to get out of this one and I love the leash. Walks are so much easier! I liked it so much that I just ordered 2 more for my grandogs (the pups in the video).

The DogsHood I got for my Ginger is absolutely great. She was a stray, sadly dumped as a puppy, and still has timidity issues. I adopted her at less than 2 years old, and even putting on a regular collar - forget a full body harness - was a hassle. And This goes on and comes off easily, is non-intimidating to her, and I LOVE, that it does not go across her mid-throat. The front strap is below the standard, closer to her collar bone, and just works better for both her and me. A D ring availa...

I went through 5 other harnesses when I ordered this one I was so skeptical, my boi is 14 months old and 92 pounds he loves going walking and hiking, he’s such a good boi, literally only issue is he pulls and nothing I did or tried worked. I put this harness on him and we went for a walk. I was in shock when I realized he wasn’t pulling (I actually cried I was so happy). It’s embarrassing to me when he pulls and I feel like I look like I can’t control him. When in fact he’s very smart and a very...

Highly recommend this dog hood! The product is exactly as advertised, and both my dog Bear and I love it. It is so easy to use—just slide it over his head, one click, and we’re ready to go. Unlike other ones we’ve tried in the past, this one is completely stress-free, hassle-free and simple for both of us. Excellent quality and design! 5/5 stars!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

While my dog is well behaved on a leash, the no pull chest ring is wonderful... She turns as if to ask, which way now?! She is also 73 pounds... And although I didn't order the bungee leash, she doesn't jerk or strain against my leash, or extension leash... Highly recommend this harness!!!

We love Charlie's new harness and it fits well. He is wearing a small and weighs 14 pounds. I will tell you it has slowed down the walks because Charlie is a fast walker but He is much more safer and not being pulled by his neck from the previous collar.

The best dog harness! 🐕❤️ I truly enjoy going for walks with my dog now because I’m finally walking him, not the other way around! 😂 After trying so many different harnesses that didn’t work, I’m so happy to share with all of you that this is the best one! 🐾✨

This harness (along with the leash and ring) has changed our daily walk from a struggle into enjoyment. Bogey does not pull or try to "go after" other dogs. He stays close to my side. It is so easy to get off and on. I love that there is no strain at all on his neck anymore.

I ordered the small first, but it was too small. Then they sent me a medium, which fits much better. Sophie is a 30lb Standard Dachshund. She is part Houdini, she can back out of this one and even if I use a full tactical harness she can get out of it. Really appreciate the level of service this company has given me. They did not charge for the second one. I will donate to someone else. Thank you again.

This leach took the strain and absorbed the shock that my ordinary leach could not. Our 1st walk with harness and leach was amazing, way better than I could have hoped for. His 1st attempt to get the squirrel, The bungie leach sprang into action and stopped him in his tracks, spun him around to face me.... he was in shock...so was I. Saving my upper arms absorbing the pull. His manners are improving everyday and I am so thankful, that I purchased the Dogs Hood system. I love it!!!

Customer's brindle dog wearing a red Dogshood No Pull Harness with the name Maple on the strap, standing on grass.

John B.Verified

Overall a very positive experience using the harness. Maple is reactive to other dogs, squirrels, etc unless you reign her in before she acts. With the harness I found control has been very easy and Maple has reacted to it very well and it seems comfortable for her. With her pulling it has loosened up a bit and needs to be tightened on occasion, but overall the harness has been a positive experience as we have continued to exclusively use it.

The harness has definitely been helpful with my dogs, pulling and seems more comfortable than some of the others I have tried. I’m not really crazy about the leash. There is a notch in the metal clip that I’m sure is designed to keep the attachment closed, but it makes it difficult for me to get it off. The notch catches every time.

Customer's Australian Shepherd wearing a blue Dogshood harness with a front D-ring attachment, sitting outdoors.

Ken F.Verified

My 3+ year old Mini Australian Shepherd has been a "puller" since he was 12 weeks old. Literally within 48 hours of receiving our Dogshood harness with the front D ring in use he was no longer pulling. Even when we encounter triggers (other dogs/animals, etc.) he might pull once but then the leash goes loose. We have tried many ways to calm him down and this was the first that was truly successful. I am thoroughly impressed that this harness with the D ring does the trick, once and for all!

Still can’t believe the immediate difference the new harness made. It was so easy to put on and seemed to have a calming effect. Katie walked beside me with no pulling, starting right at the door and throughout the whole walk. This has not changed in the two weeks since we got the Dogshood no pull harness! We both look forward to our walks now everyday! Jayne
