I was surprised at how good this product tasted! It wasn’t too sweet or sour. It was a gentle lemonade flavor with no nasty aftertaste. I absolutely love my Hydration water. As a plasma donor, you have to make sure that you are hydrating. On days that I give plasma, I make sure to drink one can in the morning and one can to replenish when I get back home. You can really tell the difference, and when your body is hydrated you may only be able to drink half a can. Oh and it tastes delicious. I drink the unsweetened. I really enjoy the true hydration I wasn't quite for sure if I was going to enjoy the lemonade lemongrass flavor because I unfamiliar taste to me but once I've tried it I was quite shocked the flavor was pleasant and it does keep you hydrated and especially with everything that's going on with this type of weather you need that hydration in your body so thankful to true hydration for allowing me to try this product

True Hydration quenches the thirst. Regular water doesn't, it just flows through like a sieve. We even take a suitcase of it with us anywhere we travel that doesn't involve the TSA (flying). Thank you for creating this. My wife said if you can use a different sugar substitute and eliminate the Magnesium, she could take it too. Maybe you could formulate another product for people who can't handle those ingredients.

I did not enjoy the product. Although it was delivered fast and packaged great. The taste was not palatable, even trying it several times. I appreciated that it was zero calories and limited sugar but it was difficult to ingest. When I did consume the entire bottle, it left me wanting to drink more water. It was salty to taste.
