I work full time and some funny hours so it makes sense to have some at work for those mornings when I'm running late.
The flavour is great, it's not thick like I expected, it's so convenient having all those supplements in one!

The Pina colada flavour is amazing and honestly for someone that doesn’t like protein flavours normally (would historically only have it in a shake with many other ingredients) it is absolutely so easy to drink! Finally a product that works!! After using first up in the morning for 1.5 weeks I had no sugar or salt cravings and I was down by 2kg. I tried so hard to exercise (just like I use to) prior to EssentialsAF. I noticed I would say "I try to do weights 3 times a week, I try to walk 3km twice a week".
Now I am actually doing my weight training 3 days per week, and walking 3km twice a week and jumping on my Spin bike once a week for a 30 minute class (Les Mills on demand as we are in a regional area).
