My first time using this product. It was an experimental thing for me. I have sensitive skin so I only left the product on for 5 minutes when I should've done the 10 minutes. The product worked reasonably well for just 5 minutes. I'm sure the full 10 minutes will result in better hair removal.
It took a long time to get my order...about 2 1/2 weeks.

I bleached my mustache which hadn't been treated in a while. The bleach cream went on smoothly and there was no pain involved.
One concern I had was that I did not put enough cream on a couple of spots and they still had hair. I wasn't sure if I should use the cream right away to take care of the spots so I waited d day and bleached the rest of my mustache.
The other issue was that my skin was very dry after the treatment. Your calming cream helped but I still needed some more cream..

I’ve struggled with daily plucking for years. I was very excited to try this cream & I have noticed the new growth has slowed down quite a bit. However, the course hairs still have to be plucked. After 10 minutes I noticed the darker coarse hairs were not removed. I will continue to use what I have but I’m not sure I’ll reorder.
