I hate that this works as well as it does. It's stupid expensive and hard to get. It was recommended to me specifically to deal with hot flashes. I tried backing down to once a day after starting hormone replacement therapy [which has helped significantly] and learned that that was a mistake. I'm fortunate to be able to afford it given that the improvement to my quality of life is worth the expenditure. I feel for those who can't.
