I've been wearing this howlite bracelet for a while now and have noticed it's been easier to calm down when I get stressed, overwhelmed or angry. A noticeable difference when I take it off and put it down. This month's item was a Hematite Crystal Point. This is by far, one of the best items received so far from the club! I absolutely love it! It is beautiful in design and not too large or too small, but it is very pointed which makes it a little sharp, but I wouldn't change a thing about it.
