Mild flavor with a slight bite which is what you want in olive oil. Great for cooking, dressings, marinade. Great olive oil!

Quality is perfect. But I was disappointed when I got the package. I ordered as a gift and was sure it will coming in gift box, how was on picture. But not. And now is a little problem for me. But again quality of product is good.

This is the best bread dipping oil I have ever tasted! I also use it as a salad dressing, pizza sauce and sandwich spread as opposed to mayonnaise.
