I have been using this product for 6 weeks, I am noticing that the belt is much less tight. I recently broke my shoulder in a freak accident, and suffer from rotator cuff which is incredibly painful. I used the red light therapy over the effected arm and shoulder, it has really helped to reduce the inflammation.

I've had neck and back surgery and when I do "too much" sometimes I have nerve pain that runs down my legs. When I use this for several days, several times a day my pain decreases dramatically. The LumaLean Ultra is easy to use. I have been using it to control pain in a wonky shoulder and for abdominal fat loss and wrinkle reduction. So far, I am quite happy with it. One suggestion: The user manual does not explain the pulse mode. More info on that and when to use pulse mode would be useful.

I was only able to use it with movement about a week before I had some surgery. I asked doctor if it was ok to use it after to help with healing up and he thought it was a great idea. I have used it once a day for the last week and I feel I am healing quickly. It has also helped with the inflammation in my herniated discs. Another week before release for exercise again but I am hopeful as I did notice inch loss in the first week I used it.

This belt works but needs to be part of a plan. I've been using it for 5 months along with daily walks and cutting back on sugar. My belly is noticeably smaller but it's the combination that's working. Don't just rely on the belt alone. It's comfortable to wear though, and I like that I can use it while doing other things.
